What to expect when you arrive!
Here is what you can expect from your service advisor when you CHECK IN with them here at McLarty Ford:
1. Once you have arrived, your Factory-Trained Service Advisor will go over all of your information to ensure everything is written down correctly and to make sure they understand what your concerns are and to see if anything else needs to be added to your list.
2. Then your Factory-Trained Service Advisor will walk around your vehicle to collect numbers off of your vehicle and do a quick visual inspection.
3. Next, it will be determined which department and which Factory-Trained Technician will be best suited to diagnose and repair your vehicle. At this time, it will be determined approximately when your vehicle will enter our state-of-the art shop.
